It paints Alexander Hamilton as an abolitionist but he’s actually a money hungry socialite who married into a rich slave trading family. And performed slave trades for them and captured his friends’ escaped slaves. Using black music and black actors to tell a story about slave holders personal feelings that’s not even factual and written by some non black Latino who uses the nword isn’t fucking revolutionary.
Poc is not synonymous with black. It’s fucking antiblack to say poc can appropriate black people’s culture and history for the sake of “representation”. And it’s insensitive and disgusting to tell Native and/or black people how to fucking feel about these ugly white men just because they’re not played by white actors.
